Positive: Hands down one of the best accommodations we found on our road trip across South Dakota and Wyoming. Nora is an excellent hostess, proactive and prompt in her communication. The place is absolutely lovely, in a very convenient yet quiet area, and felt like a home away from home. It was all the little touches that made so much of a difference. We stayed 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommended!

Positive: Absolutely beautiful cabins, so clean and homey. The minute we got there I wished we were booked in for two weeks rather than two days. Would go back again in a heartbeat. The cabins had everything we needed for a home-from-home experience, from fully equipped kitchen to entertainment options and games. It was also an ideal "home base" for visiting JACKSON HOLE and the Tetons.
Negative: Small problem with ovens not working in both apartments, but we explained that to the owners and they said they would look into it. I'm confident it was taken care of promptly.
Summary: Excellent venue, location and hosts. Loved our stay here.

Positive: The location should have been interesting but we never got there. I had a medical emergency in Jackson Hole. When my family and I should have been in Pinedale, I was in the hospital. I called the owner to explain the situation. She was very understanding and said she would return our payment. That never happened. She did say it was important to contact Booking.com, which I did.
Negative: I did not like that Booking.com did not help on our behalf. They said they had contacted the owner and that there would not be any reimbursement. This is exactly the opposite of what the owner had said to me only an hour earlier. This situation has not been resolved. I will not be using Booking.com for anything in the future.
Summary: My overall interaction with Booking.com was very disappointing.

Positive: Excellent accommodations with modern furniture and decor. Cozy bedrooms with plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathroom was clean and modern. We enjoyed eating in the nook in the kitchen.
Negative: Maybe an upgrade on the silverware. It was kind of flimsy. The refrigerator was on the small side and if we had more than the two of us it would have been pretty hard.
Summary: Loved Cozy Cabins! A wonderful place to stay. A great location and stylish modern decor
