Fully stocked, excellent location and lots of room! Located in the Piney Island area of Chincoteague, it is close to the beach and Maddox Blvd, one of the main roads on the island. It's an easy drive or bike ride to lots of eateries, shopping and kids' activities like miniature golf and Funland. The beach offers beautiful sunrises, while town, only a short drive away, offers beautiful sunsets. The house has a beautiful screened in porch right off the kitchen, where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner almost daily. It has all the amenities you could ask for plus a huge dvd collection, puzzles and books should you have a rainy day. You can't go wrong with Piney Island Getaway!

We were a party of five & there was ample room. House was newish & clean. Would highly recommend this property!

Really could not have asked for a better place to get away from city life, spend time with family, and create new memories. We particularly loved the view of the march from the patio which was a very unique feature from other places we have stayed. Thank you for having us.

Summary: The house is large, convenient and clean. It's a nearly new house so everything is in great shape. The add noted water access which is the only inaccuracy - there is no access to the water. However, it's a wonderful place for a family to stay.
