Positive: The room is very simple, but it has the essentials, which is understandable as this is a newly opened guest house. Everything was clean and well kept. What truly made the stay special was the incredible presence of the hosts. They are extremely welcoming, always available, and genuinely eager to help you make the most of your experience. They guided us through unforgettable activities, such as watching bioluminescence at night and seeing baby turtles — moments we will always remember. Dinner is plentiful and absolutely worth it: authentic homemade Omani food, prepared with care and generosity.
Negative: As a point to note, the room is still very basic, so I would not recommend this place to travelers looking for hotel-style amenities. For those who value local experiences, warm hospitality, and authenticity, this guest house is a wonderful choice.

Positive: Rachid is a delightful host, and was extremely helpful and nice throughout our stay. One of us had a health issue and he helped us very diligently with that. Aside for this, the house is big, well located and has a lot of potential.
Negative: The house is not quite finished yet, which makes it partly uncomfortable. However, the guest house has been operating for only a few months and I am sure the owner will fix everything soon enough.

Negative: Dirt everywere. No furniture except for the beds. A new house, but in a state of a 20 years old house. Unfinished interiors. Toilet without the part to sit on. Owner who did not want to give the price of the optional breakfast/diner, then we had to pay a price twice as high as in a restaurant.

Negative: It Is a pity that a brand new house has the rooms with no table, no wardrobe, no place to leave the luggage. A small investment will fix that and the property would be perfect.

Positive: The stay was very good. Rashid took good care of us we were group of different nationalities. The facility is new and rooms are spacious. We are vegetarian and the dinner prepared was good and for very affordable price!. We had very good discussion with the host where we get to learn also more about the culture. It is also close from the beach and you can take a boat trip to see turtles and dolphins which can be easily coordinated through the host !.

Positive: Rashid and his father were very welcoming, warm and kind, they made us feel at home. Dinner was delicious and in traditional Omani style. They arranged also a boat trip for us with dolphin and turtle watching and snorkelling. We really enjoyed our stay, it was filled with long conversations, we learned a lot about their culture and we are very grateful that we had the opportunity to get to know them. Would recommend 100% Rashid’s stay for everyone!

Positive: We had a very warm welcome. The host gave very good information about the things to do. The turtle beach is on the corner. Very comfortable beds. All was brand new. And especialy the personal touch: an omani breakfast etc etc. In short if the house is free… this is the best you can get
Negative: It was not easy to find the house. So we recommend the host to bring a good shield outside the house, so you know exactly where this guesthouse is located.
