Positive: It's location, furnishings and decor. The owners also provided very useful information with regards local walks, cafés and restaurants. We would love to return.
Negative: Parking, as you have to park in the main car park rather than by the property. We were there during the Royal Regatta week and had to park even further away in the park and ride out of town. A small price to pay though for staying in the center of town.
Summary: A lovely characterful cottage which is tastefully furnished in the center of beautiful Dartmouth.

Positive: The property was so great. A fantastic location, and gorgeous view. The communication about picking up keys was really good, and we really worried about nothing. The cottage is really close to town and the parking lot, so it’s super convenient. Couldn’t rate this cottage highly enough. There was a book with lots of details around where to eat and what to do - this is written by the owners and is a really nice touch
