Positive: Check-in is easy, all through codes at door. I didn't get to see anyone except for other guests from other rooms - since bathroom is shared. Internet is good enough. Quiet place. Easy to park on the street, either right in front or across from the house. Didn't seem dangerous though because it's in a residential area. The view of the mountains, when you leave by car, is really cool. Host offers coffee pods (black coffee) and tea bags with machine for hot water. Also, bottled water room temperature. After all, I felt safe.
Negative: Bathrooms needs cleaning - lots of dried stains of drops (from previous and much older use) everywhere, like people have taken showers there and had not been cleaned every day. Changing towels and toilet paper is not enough. Host could offer hand soap as well. That's why I believe it becomes an expensive place. Overalls, rooms in LA are pricey and don't offer good experiences that match the cost. Whatever is better, is too much for a regular tourist from the rest of the world Compared to other large cities like São Paulo, I don't see it was a worthwhile stay (or trip).

Negative: The woman's dog try to attack me and she stood there watching and did absolutely nothing! I had to tell her to get her dog three times and she was the owner's wife I believe! There was another person there that had a dog off of the leash, but I didn't have to tell her more than once. So just be mindful of that. Otherwise it was a decent stay.

Positive: I was only here to sleep a few nights (I worked away from Piya’s Place throughout my stay) but whenever I did sleep my sleep was very enjoyable.
