Negative: 1st night the room we booked wasn't ready (double,single and extra bed we couldn't move on the room .after complaints they gave the room we booked double bed and 2 sigle more space to move around Breakfast was very poor for international tourist msily Turkish cousins not appealing in the moorings

Summary: Overall good excellent location wouldn't pay again for breakfast

Positive: It was another comfortable stay in this hotel. I think the 4th one. I am happy to see some improvements. The breakfast buffet is very reach, very tasty. A big choice of food and beverages. Extremely nice staff. Special thanks to Cumali and Mehment and the bell boy for their support. Also the arrangement of the airport transfers went smoothly via Whatsapp. Great communication. I will come back.

Positive: Staff are very helpful. Room service is just exceptional. If you call for help, staff responds in just a few seconds. Very good location, near to tram stops, Sultanahmet market and other tourist attractions.

Negative: Food options are limited for lunch and dinner. The cleanliness of surroundings of the property could be better.

Negative: Facilities are EXTREMELY dirty. Gym equipment is broken down and covered in food and beverages. It’s all sticky. Outdoor pool is very small and doesn’t look safe for swimming in as the water looks muddy
