Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful peaceful location on the edge of woods though only 5 minutes from Beaches and all Amenities. Large comfortable Lounge with Woodturning Stove, three sofas (one a sofa bed), Dining Table and four chairs, TV, DVD player etc. First full basket of logs provided free of charge. Full kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Plenty of equipment provided for cooking and eating. Shower room. Freezer and Washing Machine in Hall plus extra foldaway table and chairs.
Upstairs - 2 double bedrooms - one double bed with memory foam mattress, large Velux window looking out to the trees, second bedroom 2 single beds and wash hand basin. Hall with drawer unit.
Outside - own fenced Garden plus Picnic Area and Barbecue.
Everything provided for your comfort - a home from home.

Summary: Had a great time at the Hobbit Cottage. We went for a relaxing holiday and got what we went for. Accommodation and weather were great. The cottage has everything you need to make your stay feel like a home from home 🏡. Thanks to June and the dogs who made us feel so welcome, we will hopefully be returning next year. Ps Mags and Baillie loved the fenced in garden.

Summary: June is so lovely, friendly & went out of her way to help…cottage is a real home from home with everything required to make your stay very comfortable….lovely secluded garden which would have been perfect for our nervous dog but weather was not kind enough to allow us to enjoy. Next time highly recommend hoping to return soon

Summary: This property is perfect for a few days away, close to all amenities if you require them. I was there with my sister and my dog and it was just right for us. Beautiful walks, and beaches for the dog to run about. Very comfortable and has everything you need.
