Summary: Great location. Super clean little cottage with a surprisingly comfy bed. Loved the lake access so you could appreciate the view while the dog could nip at all the small lapping waves without having to go to the “beach”. We’ll be back! :-)

Summary: Office was closed when went to check in. This was at 4 PM. Sign on door listed a number to call. No problem. Upon calling I stated my name and that I had a reservation. This is when a problem started. First impressions mean a lot. He rudely said where you at. I all ready stated I was at the office. Gruffly stated key was on front door. Not my problem he is having a bad day. Room was just OK but no hot water or amenities such as soap or shampoo. Save your money a stay somewhere decent and where your business is appreciated. Skip over this establishment. Read reviews before booking. Should followed our instincts on the many negative reviews.

Summary: The room was pretty good. If it's mayfly season don't turn on your light outside your cottage unless you want to be swarmed with them. Was a nice stay and definitely will be back next year if I need to. Would recommend them to add communal microwaves or a microwave in some of the rooms as they are so handy for travelers to use

Summary: The room was not what I reserved. I reserved a king size room and received 2 double beds for my wife and I which was very uncomfortable. The second night we slept in separate bed's, because it was so uncomfortable. The floor looked like it need to be swept. But other than that, the room was nice, location was great, very peaceful. Nice people.

Summary: Rented a small cabin for a few days and it was awesome! Like stepping back in time! Very quirky place but charming and welcoming! Planning on returning next summer

Summary: It wasn't fancy. It seems a little old (carpets, pillows, etc.). But for a group of old friends visiting the area, it did the job nicely -- two bedrooms (though only separated by a curtain), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room. It's close to Cedar Point and the bay, so it was a convenient distance for our activities, and the owners seemed quite friendly and accommodating. The walls are a bit thin, so you don't want to be too rowdy.

Summary: Cottages have everything necessary. Property is great for horeshoes, picnic tables and beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets. Tucked away and close to other coastal towns.

Summary: We booked the weekend to meet up with friends in Vermilion and this little family owned spot exceeded our needs. The cabin is very clean and comfortable even if it is a bit on the small side. The mini fridge was a welcome surprise. Very quiet and peaceful sitting next to the lake in early part of day. 100% would stay again. Close to both Huron and Vermilion.
