The pictures ("real", not enhanced or photoshopped) do not do justice to one of the nicer two bedroom condos on 30A. Because we offer the best beachfront value, we have continually experienced 95%+ occupancy. Our main goal is your satisfaction. Summary: We really enjoyed our condo and our stay at Dunes of Seagrove. The unit was gorgeous and spacious, the pool and pool restrooms were so nice and extremely clean, and the location was perfect! The owners of our unit were attentive and accessible. They had the best communication of any other owners of condo units we have ever stayed at. We cannot wait to go back!

Summary: Extra clean. Appeared to have been updated. Very few steps to beach. Umbrella and chair guys were very professional and very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to appease the guest. Most beautiful sand in America. Owner very nice and helpful if needed. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Summary: We had a wonderful week with our family of 4! The condo was spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. We really liked that it was so close to the beach and pool and that it was set back from 30A, yet easy to access by a short walk or bike ride.

Summary: This is my 2nd time staying at this property. My sister & I (and a friend) stayed last spring. This time my sister & I took our parents. Like before, we enjoyed this condo very much. Very clean, comfortable and great location. The pool area is very nice and such an easy walk to the beach. We loved sitting on the spacious patio at the condo as well. We had plenty of towels and other amenities inside the condo, too. Beds are very comfy and just the right amount of space for our group. I would highly recommend staying wat Ken's property. He makes the whole process very easy and is very nice to work with. Would love to visit again one day.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this unit and love it! I like that the condo is an end unit so close to the stairs - making a short walk to your car or the beach/pool.

Summary: We have visited Destin / Ft. Walton several times. This was our first time staying in the 30A area. We definitely will be booking with Ken again. The Condo was very very nice and comfortable. Easy access to everything. You will not be disappointed!!! We especially enjoyed walking down the beach to play and relax at the inlet to Deer Lake. Looking forward to staying here again soon!!
