Summary: We had a nice stay at Marc’s property over Thanksgiving. The home itself is set in a lovely location with Mountain views all around and we had a peaceful snowfall while we were there. The house has many lux qualities, was very clean, and could be perfect with some quick fixes - like a new sofa (it’s comfy but has large tears in the fabric), new towels, and some fix ups to the porch and some door handles. The kitchen was well equipped to make a full thanksgiving dinner and the large table was perfect for our group. We also enjoyed using the fireplace and hot tub during our visit. One note to future renters - the listing has outdated check in info and other details. Make sure you screenshot the private message from Marc before you leave - he’s great at responding quickly - there is no cell service near the home and you will need to access his message to get in the home.

Summary: We went with another couple and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The house was truly a "10". The property was totally private with breathtaking views. Cooking in the gourmet kitchen was a treat. The whole house was incredibly comfortable and finished with the best materials. Lacks nothing. The hot tub on the deck was amazing. Very responsive host. Planning to come back for skiing this winter. Highly recommended.

Summary: The house was great, had everything we needed. Despite it being summer, air conditioning was not needed at all, just the cool mountain breeze. Also some great views from back deck. Thanks again

Summary: I want to Thank Marc for allowing my friends and I to stay in his beautiful home. He is not kidding when he states that his kitchen is top of the line. I don’t know where to start, the home was one of the best homes I’ve stayed in. The views from the property are breath taking. Leaving the City life, I will guarantee you will find the serenity that you’re looking for at this home. I will say that central AC is needed in the summer time because the house does get hot but Marc was nice enough to leave multiple fans around the house to use. The Pool table was awesome, we spent most of the night there. All in all it was a lovely home and I can’t wait to come back.

Summary: My family enjoyed a 4 day Thanksgiving holiday at this nice home. The fireplace and radiant heat floors kept the house cozy and warm during the coldest Thanksgiving on record. We used the hot tub everyday and loved the mountain views. The sound system through out the house was a bonus. The pool table was also a great feature that we used everyday. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a holiday meal and accommodating a large group. It is lacking in drinking glasses and wine glasses, but we made it work. Also missing some basic supplies and needs some maintenance issues addressed. Marc is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Summary: Great place, hot tub worked beautifully on the back patio that overlooked the Catskill Mountains. Breathtaking view. Appliances all worked well, beds were comfortable, and the multiple bathrooms/showers were so convenient when getting 8 people ready for a wedding!
