This budget rental listing is a great get-a-way, semi-secluded cottage style property. It has been recently up dated. There is a large open living space and completely furnished kitchen. Nature lovers will love this wooded location next to a private pond.
Sleeps 5 adults. Second floor sleeping area, Master Bedroom has a queen size, Serta Vera Wang mattress set. Hallway sleeping area; one full size bed.
Enjoy the wonders of the Northern Adirondacks and or the Champlain Valley by day and return for a relaxing soak in the Hot Tub while listening to the loons.

Summary: Nice central location in the Plattsburgh/Lake Champlain/Adirondacks area! The house was a good space for family of 4 in a quiet area. Lots of nature - including a family of wild turkeys one morning! The only concerns we had was the steep stairway to the upstairs with no railing and it was quite warm upstairs even with the wall unit air conditioner.

Summary: Keith was very attentive to our needs. My 87 year old mother fell on the back deck steps and he was there the next morning putting yellow lined safety strips on the steps! Wish the weather had cooperated for more deck time, but we enjoyed the hot tub anyway! Comfy chairs for 4-5 people was nice. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Thanks, Keith!! 😊

Summary: We were looking for a place to stay while we were on our snow goose hunting trip, this ended up being a great pace to stay and we had a great outfitter (EasternView) for the hunt. Everyone one the trip liked the combo.

Summary: The house was so cozy and it was prefect for the getaway weekend. My boyfriend and I went during one of the coldest weekends with -temperatures, but we still managed to use the delightful hot tub. The house stayed a perfect cozy temperature and it had everything that we needed! Hopefully will return when it is nicer out

Summary: Keith's house is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet place to stay. It's set back off of the main road which adds to the peaceful setting. Keith is very accommodating and a pleasure to rent from. We definitely hope to rent from him again in the future.

Summary: We loved our stay!! Kids enjoyed the hot tub and we all enjoyed sitting outside while the Canadian geese came up to the property. Close to everything, walmart, restaurants, lake Champlain. We are thinking of going back.Keith is a nice host. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Summary: Had a great time! Enjoyed the area very much and the house was perfect. The hot tub was amazing. The view from the deck was wonderful. Just wish you were able to access the water. We brought our Kayaks in hopes of going kayaking and we're not able to access the water due to a significant drop. The pictures make you believe you can just walk right to the waters edge. Still had a nice time doing other things in the area.
