Positive: My stay here was incredible. The accommodation was excellent. The wifi services were also incredible. I had some unforseen work to do, and I found the wifi easily accessed and efficient. All in all, my stay was relaxing and wonderful. The service from the owners was also exceptional. Jon greeted us and was very friendly. I will definitely be back and recommend it to all my friends.

Positive: The property was incredibly clean. All the appliances were new. The property owners provided everything that you would possibly need. Beautiful view of the lake.
Negative: There was not one thing I did not like.

Positive: The location is awesome, right on Lake Champlain. Jon was so warm and welcoming, and even his children came with him to welcome us. The apartment is so cozy and comforting, and everything you need to feel at home was provided. It was so relaxing just sitting on the patio or one of the terraces and looking out over the lake and hearing the waves. It is a perfect location to sit and watch the sunrise (which is my favorite thing)! We found wonderful restaurants in town, and he had made recommendations in a book he provided.
Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect. A very relaxing place to end our trip! The only thing that could have added to the perfection would be to have had fall leaves (we were too early).
Summary: Loza is the perfect place to some for a very relaxing vacation.

Positive: If you are looking for a place to rest and feel at home, it is here. The house is incredible with beautiful views of a lake, where you could kayak or swim or cook a good barbecue. If it rains you can also play table football or billiards. The owners of the house and the children are charming and put all their enthusiasm and effort into making you feel great. This was a great experience for us. Thank you

Positive: Our stay at LoZa house exceeded our expectations! This is the type of property I can imagine seeing in a magazine such as Architectural Digest. It’s simply magnificent inside and out, from the spectacular views to the immaculate beautifully decorated interior. The screened in porch was a bonus along with the personalized hot tub and swimming off the dock (only a few steps down from our door). Lastly and most importantly, the hosts Jon and his family were incredibly warm, friendly and hospitable. We really enjoyed our conversations and appreciated our parting personalized drawings from Lorenzo and Zara. We will treasure fond memories of our stay here.
