Summary: We stayed 1 month with 2 children. The flat is small, but very well organized and fully equipped and is located in an area with easy access to free parking. Great location, walking distance from beach, metro and other public transports. Well-connected with BCN down town, is the optimal solution to enjoy the Spanish movida (backing home in this less crowded area will be priceless). Several small shops in the area are open until late evening and the big mall "Avenida Central" is 200mt far from the house. The owner has been always willing to help us and to accomplish our requests promptly. The only defect is the lack of a dedicated outdoor place for drying racks. There is a shared area in the building, but is indoor and clothe drying doesn't work efficiently. A tumble dryer within the flat would be ideal. Despite this, this house is strongly recommended for both short and long staying.

Summary: We were delighted to stay for 4 nights in this lovely apartment. The owners were more than kind and very professional working from the Americas to Spain. Smooth, easy move-in & check-out. We found everything in its place and the beach was 10 min easy walk passing markets to pick up what we needed. A large market is 5 min walk away. Metro is just 3 min walk away and user friendly. The apartment was very clean and we had all we needed for a wonderful stay. Felt like home!!! (After weeks of traveling in hotels it was wonderful.) We did buy our own Beach Towels. Right on Red hop-on bus route, train and city bus + Metro. We utilized all public transport and got a €40. Taxi to BCN upon departure. "Easy Peasy" they say. Bank ATM is by markets 2 min walk. Nice neighborhood and simply a sweet, clean place to land and visit the city. Bus runs along beach right to La Rambla. Tip: Pick up a 10-ticket metro pack for €9.90 at airport for 10 rides. Works sweet on buses, metro and most transport. Also, enjoy the charming tree lined Blvd walk just behind apt. Great times and perfect for 3 persons.
