Negative: no lift between 6pm & 9am no way of contacting anyone incase of emergency between 6pm & 9am. I was locked out of my apartment between 2-9 am as my key card wouldn't work. empty security office, nobody there, I sat & waited in their office for an hour! wandered around the complex as warm night. very nice cleaner let me in hotel reception to use bathroom at 7:30 am. very quiet location, abandoned campsite next door. supermarket & restaurants on Google maps but closed permanently. very noisy neighbours next door. I went for a week & left after 5 nights! no sunshine through balcony at any time of day. very disappointed with my stay, not worth the money even with booking.com discount. 1 unfriendly huffy receptionist, 1 very nice receptionist. unless you want total peace & quiet, not the place for a solo traveller.

Positive: It is close to the beach. Not our favorite nearby to spend the day, but nice to walk for sunrise or sunset. Our room was nice and comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was large and clean. Most of the staff we interacted with were friendly It was quiet and relaxing..
Negative: Kind of a process through gates (using physical keys) to get to the pool/beach while juggling whateverelse is in your hands. We were excited about the use of the hot tub in the evenings or bad weather. But it is not accessible after the lobby closes which is arround 8pm. We went looking for it our first day as it was raining and the lady working the lobby approached us like we were doing something wrong when in reality we were just in a hallway looking for the signs. You need a swim cap to use hot tub and have to get the key from them. They do have swim caps available to purchase, but at that point we were aggravated by the attitude and just left to do something else. A whole week and we never did get to the hot tub, because it was never open when we wanted to use it. Rough start to the trip- but ended up enjoying ourselves.
