This property, which was purchased late 2020 is a luxury modern ground floor spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on a secure gated complex in Marbella, Costa del Sol, Spain. The apartment has a very large wrap around terrace with sun all day. It has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella (Phase 1). It is not part of the large Phase II development further in land. This area of the Spain is also known as the Costa del Golf, as there are some fifty courses on the Costa del Sol.
This apartment, along with another identical one I own next door, can accommodate four people, is fully furnished with good quality furniture and fittings in a modern style with marble floors throughout. The bedrooms can be configured for two super king size or four single beds or a combination of the two. A BBQ is provided for al fresco dining. Also can be provided are beach towels at a charge of 5 Euros per person per holiday.
It has free Wi-Fi and a very comprehensive TV package including sports, films and foreign TV channels. It also has remote controlled air conditioning in the living and bedrooms, providing cooling, heating and de-humidifying and each room can be controlled separately. It also has a large walk in shower in the ensuite bathroom and a shower bath in the family bathroom There is a remote controlled awning to shade the terrace if required. It also has a dedicated car parking space in the garage under the apartment. The property is fitted with a comprehensive intruder alarm system with combined smoke and carbon monoxide detection.

Summary: Having stayed in many private apartments over the years, I have to say that this one was just about the best we have found. It was spacious, very well equipped, immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. If anything, it was even better than the photos showed. We made good use of the vast balcony / patio area and I ventured into the big pool on a number of occasions. As others have said, the information provided by Geoff was detailed and enabled us to access the apartment without any problems at all. Staying here allowed us to relax completely and recharge our batteries for the winter ahead.

Summary: the apartment was outstanding, it had everything that you could want, from air conditioning to cable TV. the furnishings were top class as were the outside furniture, the terrace was huge, overlooking the pool, and the underground garage was a real boost. Summary: From start to finish Geoff the host was brilliant, communication and information was second to none. Geoff answered numerous questions and always replied promptly. The directions to the apartment for perfect. The information about the immediate area was very comprehensive and accurate. Eveythjng was as described, in fact I'd say it was better. Home from home, we cooked a few times and found everything we needed to make meals. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, dishes, glasses, cutlery, oven were all gleaming. The bedrooms and bathrooms were sparkling and fresh. The terrace was huge, great view over the pool and sea views too. It offered sun all day long if we wanted it and various seating areas were great. The awning offered a little extra privacy, great shade and also kept the living room nice and cool during the day. I cannot fault this stay. We will be back for sure.

Summary: This apartment has it all! A real home from home with the added bonus of the stunning wrap around terrace, with a great view over the impressive swimming pool. Great communication with the owner, who gave us comprehensive instructions making finding and accessing the apartment really easy. We particularly appreciated the underground car parking which kept the hire car safe and cool. The apartment is set in a block up a hill and walking down to bars and restaurants was easy but we opted to take a taxi back. We would be delighted to return in the future.

Summary: The apartment was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and it had Air Con, good Wi-Fi and plenty of TV channels, films and sport The complex had a large pool and was well kept. There was an underground parking space and we felt the urbanisation was well located Geoff was a great host and the communication throughout was great We would definitely look to stay again if holidaying in the area in the future

Summary: The apartment is well secured and we felt very safe. Gorgeous spacious living area but the best selling point in the enormous terrace. Absolutely stunning, overlooking the pool with plenty of sun and shade. Great communication with the owner and a lovely summer holiday for us and the children. The whole complex is on a steep hill, but we managed without a car. We would 100% come again.

Summary: We stayed from 26th July to 2nd August as a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The apartment was beautiful with a huge wrap around terrace that has several seating areas with a view over the swimming pool. The communication and instructions given for the apartment were spot on, we had no issues finding the apartment. The apartment itself was so clean and fresh and had everything you could possibly need. The great thing for the summer holidays is that there are no issues with spaces around the pool, we went down to the pool at all different times of day and night and never had any issues with somewhere to lay/relax. The apartment also felt extremely secure, there are sturdy locks for the terrace and the front door. It’s in a good location if you have a car as we were only 25 minute drive from Puerto Banus, Fuengirola and a huge shopping centre. It is also only about 5 minutes from Cabopino which is lovely and definitely worth a visit. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone as the whole booking process and instructions were so smooth and the apartment itself is one of the nicest and cleanest we have ever stayed in.

Summary: Our son and his daughter stayed here for a week, whilst we stayed in another apartment in the same complex. Apartment was spotlessly clean and it was a nice touch to find beer, wine, milk and a bottle of pop in the fridge. Unlike a lot of apartments, this has air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the lounge. Lovely terrace overlooking the impressive pool with a sea view. Geoff, the owner, was staying in the next apartment , and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and we will certainly come again. Thanks Geoff
