Summary: The apartment is in prime location and close to good restaurants and short walk to the beach. It definitely needs new beds. The beds are too soft and saggy.

Summary: Clean comfortable condo. Grocery store pharmacy and restaurants were very close less than a block away. Some days we hung out at the beach, some days at the pool. Our condo was not beach side, but the resort is on the beach! So we only walked about a 110 meters to the beach. The grill on our deck worked well.Our family really found it relaxing to stay here.

Summary: This was a very nice apartment in a secure complex with two swimming pools and walking distance to the beach. The complex is basically on the beach. They have a security guard so nobody enters from the beach right across the street from the entrance is a nice little restaurant and a cigar bar. I am sure there are many more restaurants within walking distance, but I did not venture very far because of my broken ankle. Because I had the broken ankle I was very happy to see that they had an elevator going to my second floor apartment. The guard and the staff was very helpful in getting our luggage up to the apartment. Check-in was easy and the young man at the desk spoke English French and Spanish. He was very polite and helpful. As I mentioned this complex is right on the beach and they have a small restaurant with food and drinks as well as seating on the beach.

Summary: The apartment is very nice, has everything from the description. Kitchen is well equipped, tupperware boxes came very handy to store fruit and leftovers. We enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine with the milk frother (brought our own capsules). The combination safe was very convenient. The washer in the apartment was great as well as the provided plastic drying rack. The building and the complex are very well maintained, the pools with loungers and shaded areas are comfortable, plenty of loungers on the beach. The sea-weed on the beach is cleared daily. Both the owner and the property manager are very easier to reach and pleasant to deal with. Any issue or concern that came up were resolved promptly.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time at Puerto Carnita! The condo is exceptionally clean and well appointed with modern furnishings. Spending time on the fabulous terrace was a highlight of our stay! The property amenities are also first rate and well cared for. If we had a question or specific need, it was quickly taken care of by Andre, or by Julie, the on-site property manager. There are a number of quality restaurants, bars and convenience stores within walking distance of the property. There are also few large grocery stores that are easily accessible by cab or Uber. One caution would be that the noise from the bars can be a bit much at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to a future visit!
