Positive: Property looked just like the pictures. It was an absolutely beautiful home. Facilities were clean and everything was provided for you. Felt super comfortable staying in this home during my holiday. Whenever we had any trouble, getting in touch with the team was super easy and they resolved any issues immediately. Super friendly and helpful. The outside area, was also super nice. Great for families with kids. Had great facilities and made for a nice area to chill and enjoy at. There was construction outside of our building and we had no trouble with noise. I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone considering it. Overall beautiful home.
Negative: The location of the home was quite inconvenient. This was due to to the fact we had no transportation of our own. It meant we had to book taxis, which was a little expensive, especially if we were trying to get to other major cities like Sharjah or Ajman. (25 mins into Central Dubai!) If you are someone who has their own transport then it is fine. Located in Dubai Production City, which is still being developed, it is a quiet area away from any crowds and noise, which I loved. There were shops and restaurants under the apartment complex which made it convenient to do any grocery shopping or get a quick meal. Overall, location is good, but may be inconvenient for anyone who doesn’t have any personal transportation. Away from all the hustle and bustle of Dubai.

Positive: We had an exceptional stay at this apartment! The spacious layout, comprising a master bedroom, twin bedroom, and single bedroom, along with four washrooms, made it perfect for our family. The kitchen was well-designed, extremely clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The host ensured our comfort with quality towels, linens, and crockery. The building was modern, with secure indoor parking. Although the pool and gym were shared with four buildings and quite crowded, they were lovely amenities. The location was peaceful, with only one nearby construction site, but the excellent window insulation kept the noise out. Best of all, the apartment was just a minute's walk from Carrefour market, salons, and plenty of renowned food chains. We highly recommend this property and will definitely choose it again. Five stars and a big thumbs up from a happy customer!
Negative: After parking there was a long walk to the lift due to building management always close the door from parking lot. That was too hectic due to hot weather. Pool and gym was shared with four buildings always crowded. Host should improve their customer support team’s skills they should responsive with solutions rather than waisting time.
