We are happy to welcome you into our 2 bedroom family home, located in one of the most popular green and quiet residential neighborhoods of Zandvoort. The house has been renovated at the beginning of 2023 and includes all the luxuries you can ask for during your stay. It is tastefully furnished, comfortable and light. Including secure private parking garage! A rare find in this town.
You have a fully equipped modern kitchen, where you can prepare breakfast, lunch or an extensive dinner. You do not have to wash off afterwards because there is a dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen has a 4 burner induction cooktop, microwave-oven combination, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric water kettle and some other convenient devices.
The house is perfect for families or a group up to 7 persons (if agreed on house rules):
★ Bedroom one: 2 single 90x200cm beds
★ Bedroom two: 3 single 90x200cm beds (1 bunkbed + 1 regular single bed)
★ Living: 1 double sofa bed
All rooms are located on ground floor, the indoor garage is next to the house and is private for you during your stay.

## Neighborhood
Zandvoort has something to offer for almost everyone. From lots of beach clubs and restaurants in summer, where you can have great food and drinks to more quietness to enjoy nature in the winter times. Generally, all you need is closeby and mostly in walking distance. What are you looking for in your trip?
The village is embedded by two National Parks; De Waterleidingduinen and Kennemerduinen. So besides strolling the beach those are two great areas to walk or cycle. There's so much more you can do! For instance mountain-biking around the race-track, learning how to wave- or kitesurf and you can even get your PADI. Did you know that Zandvoort also has a nude beach as well?
We also have a great race-track called "Circuit Park Zandvoort" (1.2 km), Owned by a member of the Dutch Royal family. They organize a lot of activities and festivities there like DTM, Historic Grand Prix and of course Formula 1. Maybe you want to get your race-license?
Last but not least, from Zandvoort you can easily get to Amsterdam by public transport which allows you to combine an exciting citytrip with a relaxed getaway next to the beach.

## Transit
Zandvoort aan Zee has its own train station to which you can get in just 27 minutes from Amsterdam Central and 45 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Depending on your plans, public transport will get you around very well. We will share a handy website to plan your routes. Zandvoort train station is a 10 minute walk from the house. Bus stops are within a 2 minutes walk. So you don't need a car when staying at our house.

Summary: Our stay at The Spacious Family Home was a great experience. Communication with the company was easy and helpful, and questions were answered in a timely way. The location is wonderful. It's easy to walk to shops, the beach, and the grocery store. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance as well. The place was clean, and it had all the amenities that we needed. All the appliances worked without any issues as well. We thoroughly enjoyed out time!

Summary: We had a short but wonderful trip to Zandvoort and felt absolutely comfortable in this beautiful accommodation. It is as much cozy as it seems on the pictures. We loved it from the start! There had been some issues with electricity in the beginning and the host rapidly helped via WhatsApp and took care of it immediately. Our best recommendation and thank you for having us!

Summary: We absolutely loved Vincent’s family home. We came to The Netherlands with our 11 and 12 year old children and the home had all of the amenities that you could ask for. Would absolutely stay again. Communication with Vincent was quick and helpful. Really have nothing that we would change or make better. Thank you so much!

Summary: We returned for our second Christmas. The house is cozy and clean. Supermarket and other shops in walking distance, but in a quiet neighborhood. Contact with RentalValley and the owners is always great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Summary: We (a group of 7 women) had a very nice weekend in this beautiful little house. The house is very clean and well furnished. It is pretty close to the sea and to several stores and pubs. Vincent was helpful with everything and a very kind host. I think we will come back. ;-)
