Reviewer Type: Extended Group
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: 1. The grounds made a very strong impression—an amazing combination of themed "villages" and park areas, a sports zone, a dog park, and magical evening lighting. 2. An excellent "bungalow"—stylish, clean, and warm.
Negative: Unfortunately, when I asked the receptionist to help me place an order with a restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel), she flatly refused, claiming that "they are forbidden" from doing so. I have been traveling for years, so I find that hard to believe... It’s a shame! One person's behavior detracts from the impression of what is otherwise a wonderful hotel.
