Positive: The hosts were very welcoming, even choosing to stand on the road side to direct us to he property. The property was quite secure and we felt safe at all times. Staff/hosts would respond to our concerns. Staff offered us a complementary stay on our next visit, just to mitigate against the effects of the outages. This was an excellent display of good customer care, which we will always remember.

Negative: Although hosts/staff responded to our concerns, there were delays in resolving issues. However there were challenges beyond the host's control the host (e.g. water issues and power outages) I feel that it would have been a good idea to explain fully to the guests, especially were delays were significant. Having said that, i still feel that the host/staff were responsive and coped well with these challenging situation.

Summary: A good stay which was made more enjoyable by the Host/Staff
