Our farm cottage features a super comfortable queen size bed with a down comforter, a twin pull out sofa. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, apron sink and a coffee station where we supply coffee, tea and coco. We have a staff of 15 who are always buzzing around the farm feel free to ask questions to any of us. Are you into hiking, biking, fishing, boating etc? We can help point you toward any location and help you find all of the hidden gems in the area. We're a working farm and a wood fire brick oven sourdough bread bakery. If you love food you'll find us to be a hidden paradise. We have A little farm store, located just across the street where you’ll find, organic flour wood-fired brick oven breads baked 4 days a week, our own produce, meat, free range eggs, and a curated collection of the areas finest local goods from soaps to teas, coffee, butter and cheese ect.
We are still in the process of updating and upgrading the outside of the cottage now that is spring so we’re looking forward to making a cozy outside retreat for everyone!
Our location is a prime jumping off point for all sorts of Pocono and Lehigh Valley destinations. We're approximately 2 minutes from the famous Blue Ridge Winery (and there are 3 others within 20 minutes), 6 minutes from the Blue Ridge Flea Market, 12 minutes from the nearest Appalachian trail parking lot, 20 minutes from Blue Mountain Ski area, 20 minutes from downtown Stroudsburg, 25 minutes from the Delaware River, 20-30 minutes from most of the bigger touristy Pocono attractions, 35 minutes from Jim Thorpe (and the many Lehigh River boating, biking, and hiking, adventures that await there), 35 minutes from Easton (and the excellent biking and eating you can do there).

Summary: We stayed at this property for an anniversary weekend trip. The cottage was cute and cozy and the farm store provided local food for breakfast in the mornings. It was a fun weekend trip.

Summary: This cottage is so adorable and offers a quaint space to accommodate all needs. Owners are super thoughtful with all they provide and stock kitchen with all necessary items. The store across the street has a variety of items to choose from. I lucked out to be there when they were baking their fresh pizza from their brick oven. Farmers were so sweet and kind and I’m definitely making this spot my getaway whenever I need one. Highly recommend!

Summary: Very clean and well equipped. Very close to Blue Ridge Winery, a must see. It should be noted that this cottage has a loft bedroom and the bathroom is downstairs. Not for people with mobility issues.

Summary: This was an amazing place to stay. It was clean and very cozy. The queen sized bed was extremely comfortable. There was firewood provided so you could make a fire and sit out by the fire on the cool autumn nights. At night you couldnt hear any traffic and it was extremely peaceful. This what i picture a dream home to be. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely reccomend this place to my friends and family. All the farm staff are extremely friendly and Brian & Christine are very warm and welcoming.

Summary: We had the best weekend getaway here! Our stay was great, the cottage was adorable and spotless. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The farm stand across the street has the best fresh baked bread and the property owner was excellent about communicating and making us feel welcome. We had a great time and if we revisit the area we plan to rent the cottage again. The location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away that there was no traffic and it was quiet at night.

Summary: We stayed at the Apple Ridge Farm cottage to celebrate my birthday and it was a blast! The cottage is very cozy and the staff is very friendly. The farm store is super cute and had everything we needed to cook a delicious breakfast. We recieved fresh baked bread on our first night which was so good! We even took home some eggs, frozen sausage and chicken that tasted great! We also utilized the fire pit outside to make s’mores. Overall, we had a fantastic time and we would definitely visit again!

Summary: What a sweet little cottage! Perfect for the two of us and close to lots of Pocono ski resorts which is why we came to town. It was clean, the bed was super comfy, the decor was adorable and we especially loved seeing the chickens each morning while we sipped our coffee. This cottage has everything you could need for a comfortable stay! We had a great time and hope to come back again in the future.
