Positive: Everything in the villa was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly and cooperative, they were cleaning the pool and the outside area every day, even brought us croissants for breakfast one of the mornings! A really nice place, with amazing view and all the Tuscany spirit you can expect. Very comfortable for a big group of people (we were 12 people with a small dog). Can highly recommend this place if you are looking for a typical Tuscany holiday!

Negative: Everything was perfect! One small remark for future visitors, the road is gravel in the last about 1-2 kms and there is an S turn before the villa that is better to be taken with a smaller car. Other than that, no complaints about the place!

Positive: The property was beautiful and well maintained, one of the owners came everyday to clean the pool. They offered us a cooked breakfast option if we wanted them to cook for us. The views were amazing, kitchen was huge as was the living space. There was veg growing the the garden which was brilliant and we had a few tomatoes with our salads.

Negative: There weren’t quite enough fans in the property, it was sooo hot so could have done with one per bedroom. Could have done with a few essentials being provided like something to clean the dishes with. They had a huge amount of wine that we could have if we wanted but we didn’t take any but they had left a bottle in the fridge which we assumed was a welcome gift and then they charged us for it at the end.

Summary: The property was incredible and we had an amazing holiday.

Positive: Fantastic views, lovely areas to relax. Fabulous swimming pool and outdoor areas including a pizza oven!

Negative: The drive to the property is off road. We stayed during a heat wave, air conditioning would have been a real bonus.

Summary: We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed using the facilities of the villa.

Positive: The villa itself is exceptionally spacious, comfortable and well presented. An enormous choice of places to sit, eat and relax throughout the day. Very comfortable clean and well appointed. Really attentive and kind hosts Stella and her Charming father. Thoroughly recommend this place.
