Summary: Nice room (though the bathroom lacked a shelf for you to put your stuff) and well appointed. The parking was irksome (and even though hardly anyone was using it day and night the staff gave me a tedious "if we break a rule for you we'd have to do it for everyone" admonishment.) Frankly it was fine but not really £250-worth of value.

Summary: Bed was quite small for such a big room and not very comfortable Tried to get a drink in the bar but turned away. You would think they would try and accommodate residents.

Summary: The hotel is in a great place for a visit to Ely Cathedral. Our suite and the public rooms were in good condition. However the food was average. The bar whilst big was not very comfortable. Our suite was enormous but there was no comfortable chair.
