Positive: The hosts responded immediately to any queries and were very friendly , knowledgeable and welcoming. The house is large so lots of room for a big family gathering. We also had use of some of the extra facilities like a games room. A large dining table , three bathrooms and five bedrooms meant ample space for everyone. We would love to visit again and would recommend this as a great location to visit Ypres and the battlesites of WW1

Negative: The beds were harder than we were used to. The kitchen was small and although well equipped with crockery and cutlery lacked a toaster and water jugs.

Positive: Very welcoming hosts-we even got a freshly baked cake on our arrival. Lots of space for seating inside & outside. Well equipped kitchen and barbecue undercover area. Perfect for groups. Lovely garden and the animals were lovely to see. Safe space to store bicycles.
