Positive: Staff were wonderful; very attentive. Family enjoyed breakfast every morning. Suite was very large, had a great deck. Perfect for our family of 4.

Negative: While knew it going in, it is very expensive, especially food prices.

Summary: Had a wonderful time at Point Grace.

Positive: 3 bedroom ocean front luxury suite was very spacious, room sizes were large and appreciated the ensuites in each bedroom + powder room is always nice feature. Close proximity to everything - grocery store, restaurants, other hotels etc. Beach staff very friendly and helpful.

Negative: Not great with young children. You get the feeling that the other patrons and staff don't care for children although the resort is advertised as family-friendly (not sure who else is renting 3 bedroom suites). But there's a sign in the pool that says "no noise, no games" -- not sure what a realistic expectation would be in the pool with kids. I actually had the general manager come up to me when the pool was completely empty except for us to tell me that my kids weren't allowed to play with a beach ball in the pool and to refer to the sign which says "no noise", which was definitely not appreciated given that I rented the biggest room in the resort for a 10 night stay (was not a cheap stay). Other annoyances include: always seemed to be a shortage of pool and beach towels. They would lay out a pool towel on each seat at the beginning of the day, and once that towel was used, there was nowhere to get another one. Drink/food service by the beach is not a good setup - they don't have proper tables setup on the beach to put drinks down (they were flimsy/kind of broken).

Summary: Good not great - would not go back, many other options in Turks for comparable price/level.

Negative: Awful room , not private , most staff were lovely but some really were disinterested .

Summary: Vastly overpriced for what was delivered , may be fine for Americans but for Europeans and British travellers it is gros

Positive: Location is fantastic - quiet beach - yet close enough to all amenities of Grace Bay; Grace Cottage right next door is also a bonus. The placement of the property behind the dunes is fantastic and whoever designed this place should take a bow. The size of the property is also not overwhelming which is what we like, smaller type of resorts. Looking forward to being back.

Negative: There is never a good time to renovate the property; while we stayed at Point Grace it seems some of the adjacent rooms were being updated so you could def hear drilling etc. although it was not all day by any means.

Summary: Where you want to go to recharge on a quiet beach.

Positive: The beach is fantastic. The hotel rooms met our expectations and were very spacious and clean. The AC was top notch. The location was relatively central to everything on Grace Bay. You could easily bike to the stores/restaurants or take a short cab ride (although expensive for the short rides).

Negative: The service overall was not good. They lost one of our parties reservations and made them feel unwelcomed bc they couldn't find their reservation but when they finally did find it, they were respectful and kind to them. The bartender at the pool literally complained whenever we would order a drink. The food took a very long time to come out. Regarding check out, every email and form said a noon check out. However, the front desk told us it was 11 AM even though I showed them every email and document that said noon. They were rude when we pushed back but finally relented. It wouldn't be such a big deal if we hadn't booked our transportation to the airport ahead of time based on a noon check out.

Summary: Property was good. Service was not.
