Positive: Well appointed and very comfortable apartments with everything we needed. Great to be right on the beach. Great pool. Wonderful staff. We liked everything!
Negative: Internet was iffy if more than one person was on streaming. A rental car is required to be able to go out to eat, since the restaurants are about a mile away; there is no food or even store on site. There is a small beach side bar/restaurant about a five minute walk down the beach but that's about it.
Summary: Beautiful and tranquil beach stay.

Positive: Amazing room and beach loved the location at the end of the bay
Negative: Need more water filters or preferably in each room. Had to walk to the hallway to use the filtered drinking fountain for water. It would be a nice idea if they provided welcome drinks upon arrival. (But not needed just a suggestion)
Summary: Amazing would stay again! Best family trip we have ever had .

Negative: Absolutely love the property, just wish we could have walked to everything.

Positive: Fifth stay at The VENETIAN / TUSCANY which is perfect for travelers who want a more peaceful and reserved vacation. It doesn’t attract the party crowd and never seems crowded. All units front the beautiful Grace Bay and offer beautiful sunsets.
Negative: Be aware that the property is about 1.5 miles from downtown. It is walkable by sidewalks, but a consideration for families with children and those who eat out often.
Summary: Fifth visit - always hate to leave

Positive: Great place to relax and enjoy the unbeatable beach! Room was awesome with great space!
Negative: Your booking location is inaccurate on your site. Don’t use the PO Box as your location. PO Box is in central area in town, actual location is further away than advertised. Please fix your listing! But this place is wonderful.

Positive: Fantastic accommodation - units are much bigger than on Booking.com pictures. Very spacious, have all the commodities - washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, nets on balcony for mosquitos etc. Beach, pool, tennis courts and grounds are kept immaculate. Always a lot of loungers on the beach, we never had a problem finding one. Even though facility does not have a restaurant, food/drink can be easily ordered from the neighboring restaurant and their staff walk the beach asking for orders and bring them to you. Rooms are cleaned daily - we even had to ask to come every second day as it was very thorough and we kept the unit tidy in between. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had European credit cards, which always require PIN for transactions on the island so staff had to chase us for some reservations due to that - perhaps more "contact" with them than we wanted, but it was out of our control.
Negative: It was not a problem for us as we had a car, but majority of restaurants/shops/heart of Grace Bay village is a short drive from the Tuscany (5 min!) - hotel provides bikes, but in the heat we did not see many cycling. Other hotels maybe much more "walkable" to the town center if you wanted to be able to just walk for dinner/to the supermarket. Again, this is only a tiny "negative" if you are not planning to rent a car.
Summary: Excellent accommodation, big rooms, beautiful beach facilities.
