Summary: Had a kitchenette room which was good but did not have a toaster and only one sauce pan no other pots or pans. The middle of the room because of the layout is dark. I thought the room rate was high in comparison to other hotels I have stayed at in Prince George. Nice staff.

Summary: Front desk were amazing. The room had an empty can in the ice container and a bag of balloons in one of the drawers but the bedding and room and bathroom were really clean. The beds are more comfortable than my bed at home. The hot tub and water slides were really fun. The breakfast was very filling

Summary: Greeted with a friendly staff. Property and lobby area was clean My room is still being fixed I suppose as things were missing, but not that big of deal Bed wasn’t that great but I have had great beds here just must be the odd one. But pet friendly and always treats there for them too ❤️

Summary: First room (420) had a connecting door to the room beside it and I could hear my neighbor on the phone-and even the person she was talking to. She was not loud. Luckily the staff changed my room to 316 and it was excellent!

Summary: We travel often and have stayed in many hotels, but the Pomeroy is by far the best place in Prince George for families. The staff is extremely friendly, and the overall vibe is laid-back and comfortable. The hotel provides plenty of space for socializing outside of your room, and the pool is exceptional. With water slides and a water park, it guarantees hours of fun for the entire family—it's essentially a full aquatic center within a hotel! We've visited numerous times, and the staff consistently works hard to keep all areas clean, even when the hotel is at full capacity. During the complimentary breakfast, they offer a variety of hot and cold items, catering to both kids and adults. My son loves making his own waffles; it’s always a highlight of our stay for him. Parking is free and secure, allowing me to sleep well, knowing my car was safe.

Summary: Did not provide cleaning service at all for our 4 day stay. Cleaning staff came into the room one of the days, propped our door open, and left leaving our room open and unattended. Breakfast was poor, there were never any clean dishes, out of coffee every morning. The pool and waterslides are great for kids.

Summary: The stay was ok. Lots of families so loud in the morning and busy in the hot tub. The staff would not bring towels when they ran out in the pool area, called twice. The breakfast was the worst continental I’ve ever been to. Zero fresh fruit, warm yoghurt, no eggs left and not replenished, and huge lines to make waffles right in the middle so it was awkward and very annoying. Also no fan in the bathroom was kinda gross too.
