We provide all the tools and toys to make your stay as relaxing as possible while Mother Nature provides the backdrop.Surrounded by mature hardwood trees on the shores of Sheep Island, Pomquet Beach Cottages will offer visitors a tranquil retreat in tasteful and well appointed Canada Select Four Star rated cottages. Our Cottages reflect the quality of the lodging, the little extras including friendly proprietor-led bilingual service, the ample choices of activities nearby and board games and books for those seldom rainy days.
Located near the gates of the Pomquet Beach Provincial Park, and just 20 minutes from Antigonish visitors will be treated to a three-mile sandy beach, perfect for that sunny afternoon. Relax on the life-guarded beach, take a walk or jog in the fresh salt air or enjoy the interpretive board-walk describing this, the best example of dune succession in Nova Scotia.

Summary: We stayed here twice while traveling the Cabot Trail. Each time the cottages were clean, well equipped and comfortable with great lakefront views. Having laundry facilities onsite was a bonus.

Summary: We enjoyed being right in front of the water. The cottage was quite clean and emasculate. We loved the wood wall atmosphere. The manager was quite friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back to this cottage the next vacation to Nova Scotia.

Summary: The cabin was spotless- we had everything we needed to cook our meals, wifi was fast and the view was spectacular. We spent a couple of hours at Pomquest Provincal Psrk that was right next door. All in all it was a great day!
