Summary: This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was finding the trash cans outside for pickup. The detached garage has a do not enter sign, but that is where the trash cans were located. Overall, we had an amazing trip with lots of memories made and would absolutely stay here again.

Summary: Overall nice place. There was nothing placed on top of trash can to keep animals out as instructed. The only trash can in barn for trash removal was full upon arrival with open trash all over barn floor-looked like it had been there for awhile. Pool could use a good cleaning.

Summary: We have loved coming to visit with you guys for several years now. This property has a little bit of something for everyone. The beautiful pool, picturesque atmosphere, and the feeling of being right at home is exactly what you want when you’re spending time with your family. The host is always very friendly and welcoming, very responsive to any and all needs as they may arise. We have always been very pleased with our stay and will continue to visit in the future.

Summary: Good location to sunset marina. Dale hollow lake is beautiful! House was good for a group of 8. Pool was nice to have for a day of chilling out.

Summary: Once again a Great family vacation. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boats. Close to marinas the pool was a great plus for the grandkids and house was perfect for all of us.
