Positive: This is a absolutely beautiful estate home on one acre. Main House It is elegantly appointed with a true gourmet kitchen featuring double oven (top oven is convention), HUGE commercial refrigerator and freezer, center island with seating PLUS breakfast bar AND formal dining area. Desk space in kitchen. We counted 54 cabinets and drawers !!!Total seating is 11. Patio doors walk out to pool area from the kitchen. 3 Queen bedrooms (huge) and 1.5 baths Two of the bedrooms had desk areas. Main bath featured big front load washer and dryer. HUGE master suite w King bed and walk in tub/shower Living room with couch & recliner sofa. Family room with couch & 2 soft bag seating (not really bean bags) + double sided fireplace. Circular staircase led to Library w additional seating. Open view to below Hallway to bedrooms also featured a door to the outside entertainment area. Wet bar. GROUNDS Back door leads to outside entertainment area with 50+ TV, pool table, lots of seating. Then turn to the right, it leads into the pool area that has gorgeous desert landscaping, extra pavillion,, more patio chairs and tables. Add another pavillion with ample seating, gas grill and even a fire pit and right behind that is a putting green facing the guest house. In between the putting green and the guest house is set up for bean bag/corn hole. The entire property is 1 acre and also has plenty of parking and even a resident horse next door! GUEST HOUSE Guest house has 2 different seating areas, one is a big table for 6 & a wicker conversation pit with TV and 2 rocking chairs. The guest house is a great room concept open floor to ceiling, living room w couch & ottoman, pub seating for 4, breakfast bar for 2. Well appointed kitchen. Queen Master w stack washer dryer. Handicap bath. Loft bedroom w bath and 2 twin beds. We were a party of 8 for family Christmas from ages 17-93! Wonderful place

Negative: Needed more bath towels for 2nd bathroom in main house. We had 4 people sharing a bathroom. Additional side chairs for the living room and family room would have pushed my review to 100%

Summary: Gorgeous Estate home on one acre with pool and many amenities. Ideal for large groups
