Located on the street end of the complex this 2 bedroom Villa has both bedrooms located on the ground floor, and both with direct access via sliding glass doors with plantation shutters to the ground floor private secured courtyard. The master bedroom has air-con and ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have security screens to the courtyard that are lockable to allow a river breeze.
Downstairs:
The two bedrooms located downstairs, the master suite has a king-size bed and ensuite, opening to the private courtyard downstairs. The second bedroom has the option of 1 King bed or 2 x Single beds. In total there are two bathrooms and a laundry inside the second bathroom.
Everything about this laid back Villa has been thought of to make our guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard has two sun loungers to read a book or laze in the morning and afternoon sun.
The communal pool at the other end of the complex overlooks the water and is perfect after a morning at the beach.
Upstairs:
There’s the lounge, dining, an open-plan kitchen and deck. The focal point of the living area is an outlook and the fully equipped kitchen, so our guests can entertain at home or enjoy an afternoon drink overlooking the water of the Noosa River.
The whole top floor of the Villa has natural light and in the evening it’s awash with soft mood lighting.
Offering direct access to the waterfront playground of Noosa Sound, you can lounge on the sand or even bring your trailer and boat and pull it up onto the sandy beach at the front of the complex.
