This unique waterfront 2 level Villa in a small complex of only 4, ensuring our guests love every moment spent here with family and friends.

The Beach Retreat located on Noosa Parade oozes charm and style with all aspects of this brand-new refurbishment and renovation. Guests can enjoy this Noosa Sound oasis with a lovely river outlook and holiday appeal. This Villa provides guests with the Noosa experience without the high price tags.
Noosa Beach Abodes has ensured the Villa is equipped with a modern kitchen so guests can cook up a storm or enjoy a BBQ on the deck. The space includes a light-filled lounge room, living, dining – all opening up to the beautiful water outlook from your balcony.
Located on the street end of the complex this 2 bedroom Villa has both bedrooms located on the ground floor, and both with direct access via sliding glass doors with plantation shutters to the ground floor private secured courtyard. The master bedroom has air-con and ceiling fan, the second bedroom has a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have security screens to the courtyard that are lockable to allow a river breeze.
Downstairs:
The two bedrooms have 5-star resort-style beds with luxurious bedding, and the master suite has a king-size bed and ensuite, with its own private courtyard encasing the Villa bedrooms downstairs. There are two bathrooms and a laundry.
Everything is designed in the Villa with exquisite attention to detail to make our guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard has two sun loungers to read a book or laze in the morning and afternoon sun. The communal pool overlooks the water and is perfect after a morning at the beach.
Upstairs:
There’s the lounge, dining, an open-plan kitchen and deck. The focal point of the living area is a outlook and the fully equipped kitchen, so our guests can entertain at home or enjoy an afternoon drink overlooking the water of the Noosa River.
The whole top floor of the Villa is flooded with natural light and in the evening it’s awash with soft mood lighting.
Offering direct access to the waterfront playground of Noosa Sound, you can lounge on the sand or even bring your trailer & boat and pull it up onto the sandy beach at the front of the complex.
Whether you seek romantic weekend away, coastal recharge, friend’s escape or a family vacation, The Villa is suitable for those wanting to enjoy Noosa at its best.

Summary: We have really enjoyed our stay, particularly the fact that we could have walked to both Noosa Heads and Noosaville. We liked this location of being in between. there are a lot of great restaurants/caffes in Noosaville overlooking the water, great sunsets, friendly vibe. On the other hand we walked to Hastings St., the main beach and National Park. There is also a ferry that can take one to places, if one does not like walking.

Summary: A lovely unit. Very comfortable. Great position on an inlet from the Noosa River, so we had our own little beach. Ideal for our little boat which we could moor just outside the unit. Our little dog (cattle cross) was right at home.. He's an outside dog (never comes inside) so he had the ground-level courtyard and the upstairs deck, connected by the external staricase, to move around in
