The apartment has ducted air conditioning/heating throughout and is well-equipped including unlimited free wifi, Smart TV, picnic equipment, bikes, kayaks, cot, high chair and pram; as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
It is a spacious light-filled apartment with river views from the front balcony and garden and pool views from the balcony off the main bedroom. Each bedroom has an ensuite. The main bedroom features a queen size bed. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a single bed. The lounge area is smartly and comfortably furnished. An elegant dining table seats 6. The kitchen is modern with all the equipment you will need. There is an electric bbq on the balcony and a dining setting.
It's a short drive (or cycle or kayak) to Noosa Main Beach and Noosa Heads National Park. There is a bus stop a short walk away that goes to Noosa Main Beach, Noosa Junction, Sunshine Beach or Eumundi.
Access is up a set of stairs to the top floor. There is no lift.
Guests are welcome to use our 3 kayaks (1 double and 2 single) and our 4-6 bicycles

Summary: The apartment was quite clean, spacious, and had a lot of kitchen appliances and utensils for preparing our own meals. The owners were very hands on. We didn’t have any issues, but had we, I’m sure we would have been sorted straight away. Location is good. Near bus stop to the beach and on the inlet river close to your boats for the Everglades. Not super walkable to the beach but the owners offer bikes. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: So nice to be near the river for walks and cafes especially when it was a car nightmare at Noosaheads. And 2 mins walk to the free holiday bus stop into town.Loved having use of bikes (bit scruffy but they work) and kayaks (with trolley).them to the river)

Summary: Property is in a great location, contact was easy to deal with but the cleanliness of the unit was very poor no kitchen tidy bags, floor had a slippery film over it, rubbish still in the unit and not put in the bin,food in the pantry & bathrooms had long strains of hair everywhere. For the price i paid for the unit i expected better standard.

Summary: The space is beautiful and has lots of natural light. It's walkable to the waterfront and several restaurants. It's also convenient to a bus stop - a free shuttle was running for the holidays when we visited that went straight to Hastings Street. The bedrooms are far away from the workspace, so it's easy to get some work done without disturbing anyone. We stayed for 10 days and were very comfortable.

Summary: This is a comfortable, spacious apartment in a quiet location near the Noosa River. The kitchen and living area have all the mod cons you might need in your own home . It is lovely to walk along the river in the late afternoon to adjacent bars and restaurants. Cliff and Beth generously provide for a wide range of family holiday activities including board games, bikes, kayaks and surf boards! We really enjoyed a relaxing holiday in this location.
