We proudly present our rustic country house full of Texas accents, plus a huge pool in the backyard with professional landscaping!
So many details and easter eggs through out the house for you to explore and discover ;)
Please note that we have a minimum booking night of 2 nights.
Sometimes the calendar may be open for one night but we cannot accomodate one night bookings.

Perfect for a family trip, work trip, extra family for holidays, or a weekend getaway!
No Parties, events allowed. Maximum guests allowed in total at the property is 12 people.
We poured a lot of thoughts and love into designing and renovating the place, paying attention to every little detail so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Each bed has new memory foam mattress, waterproof mattress protector, bedding sets, fluffy pillows and ultra soft sheets.
We have four bedrooms in total.
Master bedroom - a king bed with 65 inch smart TV
Guest bedroom - a queen bed
kids' bedroom - two twin beds
Big bedroom - two twin over twin bunk beds
Common Area:
Queen size sofa bed
Bathroom -
100 % cotton hand towels, wash towels and body towels.
We chose TRESemme 4+4 Deep Cleaning Shampoo and Puracy Natural Body wash, which is a local brand made in Austin, TX.
We have two bathrooms.
Master bathroom inside master bedroom - a walkin shower
Guest bathroom - a shower/tub
TV in the living room -
65" 4k smart TV with complimentary Hulu account.
Or you may log into your own account for other streaming services.
Board games -
We tried to include all the board games we enjoy playing.

Has a full set of silverwares, cookwares, dishes, glasses, mugs and condiments.

Summary: The house was comfortable and cute. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen was easy to work in and the appliances were nice. We are all retired ladies and had a great time mainly just visiting with each other. Our favorite spot was the dining room table where there were enough seats for all of us to sit . We spent hours there eating, laughing, and reminiscing about old times. It was a great weekend.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for just three nights and it worked perfect for us! Short drive to McKinney, grocery store close by, quietand safe neighborhood. The kitchen was a little lacking with pans to cook with but if that's my biggest complaint, you know it's a good place! The pool is fantastic. We really liked that there's an actual deep end (9 feet). Totally would stay here again!

Summary: The house was roomier than what I expected when I got there which was a big plus! The beds (master & queen bed) have memory foam mattresses that are super comfy too. Check in and check out process was super easy and I'm VERY happy that garage accessibility was an option. Great experience all in all!
