Welcome to the Silly Goose! This Pet Friendly, beautiful home is close to it all. Just 20 minutes to Downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to Nexton, where there are amazing restaurants and shopping to be done! After a day of exploring you can you can enjoy dinner or just hang out on the back patio!
We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. we DO NOT allow commercial trucks or trailers on the property.
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
2-3 cars can Park in the driveway. No overnight parking on the street. ***No commercial vehicles allowed per the HOA** If you have one you must tarp the vehicle when parked.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, orboxtrucks
Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
