This designer decorated condo is on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the mountains, waterfall and a picturesque lagoon pool. It is convenient to the clubhouse, fitness center and parking. And, yes, there is an elevator!!
IT'S QUIET HERE!
This condo is away from the street noises. It's QUIET here except for the sounds of the waterfall and the birds in the huge pine trees.
THIS IS A HUGE 1BR CONDO!!
885 sq. feet plus the patio! The floor plan is amazingly well designed. Many one bedroom condos are long rectangles with the living room in the front and the bedroom in the back. This floor plan is a double wide rectangular so your living room and bedroom are in front and both have sliding doors off the patio. The entire condo is light and bright! You'll appreciate the difference!
OPEN LIVING AND DINING AREAS WITH A/C
In the living room, you'll find high quality furniture, brand new carpet and an entertainment center with a CD player & radio plus a new 32' HDTV & DVD. Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we keep at the condo for your use or rent them at several spots close by. Just in case you get tired of all that sunshine, there are plenty of books and games. Local phone service is included. And check this out - every condo has its own individual AC and heating units - VERY IMPORTANT!
Have more than 2 in your party? This condo has a wall bed which has a luxury queen mattress that is VERY comfortable! This is a top quality mattress!

Summary: The apartment was not clean upon arrival. There were cobwebs everywhere. The fire alarm's battery was dead and was beeping. The light bulbs were dead in many of the lights. The bathroom had mold growing in it. However, the checkin process could not be easier. Accurate listing in gated community with pools. Fitness center extremely small and had broken/missing equipment. Property manager sent over a water heater technician when the place did not have a water heater.

Summary: Anasazi is a wonderful place to stay and we already have plans to return. Jo Ann's vacation rental unit is as described and shown in the listing - spacious and comfortable. A few things are showing their age, wear and tear but still functional so not a big issue for us. Jo Ann is a very attentive host - we appreciated that she contacted us to ensure we had checked in successfully and had everything we needed. She also responded immediately when we had some problems with the tv remote and wifi.

Summary: Anasazi is in a great location. It is convenient to shopping, golf, restaurants and attractions. The grounds are very well kept. The view from the unit we stayed in was excellent, but the unit could use updating.

Summary: Condo was spacious with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Condo has washer/dryer. Many stores and places to eat nearby. Complex has 5 pools.

Summary: Great location and just right size for us. Need carpet deep cleaned and just a couple of brighter rugs in kitchen and bath. Flat ware was a variety of spoon etc. On the whole all small problems tolerable. Jo Ann very helpful. Have recommended it to friends for next winter.

Summary: Love JoAnns condo in Anasazi. Very spacious with comfy bed. It could use a little update but that didn’t bother us. Love the location with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The grounds are beautifully maintained with options of 5 swimming pools to choose from. Would definately recommend staying here!!
