Summary: The place worked perfectly for our family of four. We had a comfortable set up for our 7 year old, 4 year old and us, and we loved the location walkable to everything in downtown Lake Geneva. Having the Lake City Social restaurant, pool, and arcade onsite really enhanced our stay. Some recommendations for future enhancements would be updating the bathroom vanity, better stocking the kitchen, and adding a streaming set up for the main bedroom.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at your place. It had everything we needed and more. I have to say the bed was so comfortable we were trying to figure out how to take it home with us! We loved all the amenities, the pool and restaurant were our favorites. Even though the beaches were closed we did go on two different cruises and they were so fun. Thank you for letting us stay, we hope we could stay again sometime. Denise

Summary: Spacious and clean condo across the street from the lake and overlooking a park with mature trees and a creek. centrally located-steps from downtown Lake Geneva and all the activities. Resort Building, grounds and condo could use a few updates (condo bathroom and shower needs a reno). Suggest updated window blinds to block outdoor patio light from shining in bedroom. overall the condo was comfortable with all needed comforts of home and basic resort accommodations.

Summary: My husband and I brought our two little boys. This was the perfect spot for us. It was such a convenient location to walk everywhere even with a 5 and 6 year old. The hotel pool was great as well as the restaurant attached. Beach and boat rentals were all so close! I gave 5 stars to just about everything. The only thing I would say is that some of it is a little outdated but again, for us that was totally fine!

Summary: The location and the pool are great. The room is just ok. The microwave did not work (there was an extra one in the closet we had to pull out to use). The internet is awful. The room is advertised as having a smart TV, however, because the internet does not work well, it was difficult to watch anything without the stream constantly cutting out. There are no dresser drawers in the unit and there were only 8 hangers. There was also a bad smell coming from the room next door/closet area of the room. We contacted The Cove front desk and the owner and they said there was nothing they could do beside drop off air freshener. Overall, the owner was very responsive, but it would be nice to not have to call the owner 3+ times while on a trip with your family. The walls are also thin. This location would be ok if you're not planning on staying in the room too much.
