WELCOME to the Southside of West Palm Beach, a.k.a. SoSo (South of Southern Blvd.)
The house was built in 1925 as a Spanish Mission style home. Its antique chic is located in an old neighborhood with eclectic restaurants like 'Hawleys' established in 1927.
The pool is heated from 12/15 to 03/31. The sunny pool area has seatings and lounges and is surrounded by palms. it will comfort you while enjoying the southern sun and umbrellas will give you shade of a tranquil book reading. A Hottub/Spa is available from 12/15-03/15.
The interior still has original 1920's lamps, arches and architecture. A working fireplace is the focal point of the beautiful living room

Summary: The house was nice and clean! The host/ owner was very friendly and helpful with communication, and even left us snacks on the counter and water and sodas in the fridge! The pool and hot one were wonderful! The home is located in a city neighborhood so there are city noises like trash trucks, street sweepers, and an occasional siren from a first responders. It’s also located a block from the train tracks and a mile or 2 from the airport, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet this might not work for you but it wasn’t really that big of a deal for us. Would definitely recommend

Summary: Everything was perfect. The house was decorated for the holidays which gave it a personal touch. The host, Armin, was very nice and even had snacks and drinks stocked. We really enjoyed the fenced yard and pool area. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

Summary: This house was perfect for our girls spring training trip. We had everything we needed and the pool and backyard was beautiful. The host was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely go there again!

Summary: We couldn’t have been more pleased by our stay at this property. Armin was a great host and we were so pleased with the cleanliness of the house, the convenience to so many wonderful local restaurants and Armin’s attention to our questions and needs. The house was well stocked and the privacy of the pool area was exactly what we needed coming from the cold from up north in NH. The beds were so comfortable too! We will definitely be coming back. Some of our favorite local restaurants included Dixie’s Bar and Grill, Flanagan and Wrap and Pour. This little gem is right at the top of the street from the house and serves the best coffee and pastry we’ve ever had. . Don’t miss is when you stay here. We definatley recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place to stay in West Palm Beach.
