Positive: This is a beautiful apartment. It's absolutely gorgeous inside, really comfortable and had everything I needed. During my stay there was a power cut, due to Storm Agnes bringing a tree down. As soon as I contacted the owners, they came straight round to check I was alright. They offered to move me to a hotel (which I didn't need) and they gave me a light so I wasn't in the dark. They kept me updated about the power and checked I was okay. The power came back on after a couple of hours. I couldn't have asked for better service.
Negative: It wouldn't suit anyone with mobility difficulties, but they are very clear in the information that it is up a spiral staircase.
