Summary: A long wait at check-in because they were full and turning people away, even though we had booked and confirmed through hotels.com. I contacted hotels.com and about 20 minutes later they made a room available. Not nice to wait for over an hour and almost miss dinner after an eight hour drive.

Summary: Great location for a couple of nights stay before an early flight - the free airport shuttle is a real bonus! The pool was quiet and beautiful during the day but did get quite busy with children splashing around in the evening which made it harder to enjoy. The only issue I had was that my key card stopped working on 2 different occasions, however this was swiftly fixed both times. Thank you!

Summary: This hotel does not have the best curb appeal upon arrival and the photos are slightly deceptive. However this service provided by Staff was excellent, location and proximity to the airport was great and the food surpassed expectations. The rooms are basic but cleanliness levels are very good.

Summary: Very nice room and bathroom. Bar and restaurant on premises which is nice as not much around property (went to bar but not restaurant). So close to airport therefore short shuttle ride. Good value.

Summary: Anytime I have a very early flight from the Valencia airport I stay at Port Azafata. Their rooms are clean, spacious and quiet, they have a free shuttle to and back from the airport, and the food at the restaurant is great. Will come back for sure.

Summary: The servers went down. We arrived at 10.25pm tired after walking from airport as was told at 9.55pm the shuttle had already finished. We couldn’t check in until 12.50am!! They didn’t offer us any compensation but agreed to give us a free breakfast when I asked which was very nice
