Summary: We have had a very nice welcome with detailed introduction of house equipment. In the kitchen isn’t anything what is missing. All breakfast and dinners we tried ( and mostly we were successful ) to have them on the perfect terrace. It’s so quiet and peaceful!!! Only small comment, in the description a heating oven in living room is mentioned , but we got instructed not to use before October. Nevertheless it was a great week and enjoyed it a lot. Thanks and best regards

Summary: In front: In terms of price it´s not a backyard cottage but rather a vacation home. Against this background our comments. Kitchen: Everything is available as described. You can discuss for certain about the used and cleaning condition. In conclusion it must be noted, that the whole kitchen is totaly occupied. The free worktop is less than 1/3 square meter. We think it´s no accident, that there are no pictures oft the kitchen are in the deskription. Furniture: Over all long in the tooth. The beds are saggy. The only two easy chairs (for 6 persons!) also. The shower room in the basement could be a part of a youth hostel. Terrace: The garden furniture was certainly not expensive and as a result uncomfortable. For the two sunbeds (for 6 persons!) are existing dirty not sized cushions only. Waste: Despite regular collection and in general existing garbage cans, the guests are reffered to a garbage pick-up in distance of 6 km. Final conclusion: If somebody accept the price only fort he view and the position of the house – ok. Otherwise the parsimony of the owner permeates all arreas oft he house. In this price class we think you can expect more than a view. For us: never again.

Summary: Stunning location, plenty of room. fabulous views and wildlife (we saw dolphins). Could do with a few cosmetic improvements such as comfortable lounge furniture, mattress in the middle bedroom and patio table. Overall a great property and would have no hesitation in returning.

Summary: Our daughter stayed with friends as we couldn’t due to Covid restrictions . Her and her friends loved the property and all want to go back. The only thing the house lacked was comfortable lounge furniture. We hope to stay there next year.

Summary: Maison très bien située comme point de départ de nos escapades quotidiennes vers les Îles Glénan, Pointe-du-Raz, Pont-Aven, Quimper, etc. En plus des informations transmises par Laure qui nous a reçus si chaleureusement, nous pouvions consulter la documentation disponible sur place, bien installés sur la jolie terrasse de pierre, face à la mer. La propriétaire est aussi accessible par téléphone ou mail et son enthousiasme pour la région est contagieux. La maison est confortable et lumineuse, en plus d'être très coquette avec sa décoration typiquement bretonne. Elle est entourée de magnifiques bosquets fleuris, visibles par chaque fenêtre de la maison. Étant située dans une impasse, on y trouve la paix totale, avec comme seule musique le chant des oiseaux et le bruit des vagues. Le village de Névez, à quelques km, propose une bonne gamme de services: épicerie grande surface, office du tourisme, marché hebdomadaire, restaurants (Maison Le Guern à recommander!), boulangerie, etc. À peine rentrés à la maison, on rêve déjà d'y revenir!

Summary: We stayed with our two Little Pomeranian Dogs in this incredibly gorgeous house for three weeks over winter. The house is beautifully decorated in gorgeous French antiques and is very comfortable. You have a perfect view from 180 degree angle from all rooms of the house. It was awesome to wake up top the sunrine from each bedroom window. The owners are really wonderful and friendly People. The huge garden is extremely well manicured. This house was a dream to stay in. Full of old world French charm and comfort.. Our Little Dogs enjoyed the freedom to Play in such a beautiful place with such a beautiful ocean view just meters from your door. The house is situated about 25 meters from thge ocean and the view is fantastic from all angles of the house and garden. The garden is like a park and so Relaxing and beautifully kept. I highly recommend this beautiful property. We will definitely be back. Thanks to Pierre, he was our translator between his mother and us. Thanks for everything and thanks for this wonderful Villa.
