Positive: From booking and responding to bespoke queries our host was very quick and excellent. The house was spotless, well maintained and comfortable for five of us to stay for a weekend. Its location, while outside the City, is a short train journey/cab ride from the centre.
Negative: No complaints.

Positive: Nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils and kitchen ware. We needed to change the amount of people for a night and the hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating.

Positive: We didn’t stay in the house for too much time, as we were using it as a base, to stop at whilst visiting family, and had a dog with us. It was very clean and tidy, well organised with modern appliances. Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, Microwavr etc. Comfortable beds, and great recycling system.
Negative: Gaining access is a little tricky. Access is via the rear garden, any getting to or out of the gate, could be hazardous particularly in bad weather. Wales though isn’t known for its rain. The rear garden is paved, and there are quite a few steps to navigate, although there are plenty of lights on sensors for when it was dark. It wouldn’t be a suitable place to stay, for anyone with mobility issues. It also is quite close to a primary school, and gets chaotic during school drop off and pick up times.
Summary: It was a nice property, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Negative: Access from the rear of the property a little hazardous at night through the garden. Perhaps the garage needs a fence around it. Not enough general bin bags. Security light stayed on all night because of stormy weather.

Positive: Very clean. Comfortable, convenient location. Very well equipped. When I inquired about something via text. I received a return phone call almost immediately, which solved my query. No problems at all other than the gate steps. We enjoyed our stay.
Negative: We found the steps to the back gate narrow and awkward to negotiate as they were set in a grassy bank. These are not mentioned as far as I could see ( in description on the website) nor the steps in the garden that you have to use to gain entry. I would suggest that the steps to the gate could be improved to make a safer entry to the garden. We are both in our 70's with a bad knee each, and negotiating the gate steps was tricky with a fear of falling on the grassy slope.
