Positive: Close to everything, clean, very thoughtfully decorated and warm. Ana was a great communicator and gave us so many recommendations and her personal touches to our stay really made our vacation in Porto so pleasant and wonderful!! I cannot say enough good things about Ana and her beautiful apartment except, you should STAY here!!!

Positive: Ann was an excellent communicator to ensure we were happy with the stay including the breakfast croissant choices, sightseeing and eating out recommendations. Really well equipped and comfortable accommodation and we agree with the wealth of past reviews making this highly recommended.
Negative: Wasn't really an issue for us, but the wifi maybe needs checking as we found the TV streaming froze.

Positive: It is a big luxury to find the fridge full of lots of stuff when you arrive and fresh bread and croissants in the mornings. A wellcome wine is another extra. You fell yourself not a client, but a guest. And this is sth Ana definitely did. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable apartment with a practical location. What else could be expexted.

Positive: Ana provided breakfast which was great a selection of cold meats cheeses yoghurts etc in the fridge. Each day fresh rolls and croissants were delivered from the bakery a couple of doors away. We did change the order from the bakery to wholegrain rolls and a pastel de nata without problem. The bed was large and comfortable and the apartment was fully equipped. We loved it!!!

Positive: Apartment was quiet, comfortable, cheery, well-equipped, nicely appointed - showed much thought and attention to detail on the owner's part. Balcony in back was a clean, comfy spot overlooking a parking area, but with nice views on the horizon. Ana was very generous with her time, providing us with suggestions near the neigborhood and responding to our questions. Really appreciated the street map and the notes she decorated it with to guide us around town. She was determined to arrange for the exact kind of breakfast bread/pastries that would suit our tastes to be delivered in the morning for our self-service breakfast, and set us up with coffee choices as well.
Negative: Almost nothing. Minor stuff. Bar stools at the counter were attractive but their construction made them difficult to mount. A little more counter space in the bathroom would have been handy.
Summary: Great couples place with a great hostess in a great location. Would gladly stay there again.

Positive: Very nicely furnished apartment, every detail was taken care of, very clean, in the center, including breakfast and a bottle of wine, that was a very nice surprise. Ana was very nice and had helpful tips. In addition, a parking space in an underground garage around the corner is included. The accommodation was great.
