Positive: It was a beautiful location and the views from the room were beautiful.
Negative: The 2nd bathroom only had cold water. The cold showers were very unpleasant. I complained about it, but the only response I got is that they submitted a ticket, but they were very busy. This was unacceptable to pay around 1,000 a night. The price of 1,000 a night was too expensive. There were beautiful views, but the specific condo needed many repairs and a makeover. It was very outdated.
Summary: Happy with location and views, but the rest was not worth 1,000 a night. Will not return.

Negative: Wear and tear on furniture. Jacuzzi jets not working, the dryer on switch didn’t work causing the dryer to not come on, the half bathroom lock kept engaging so it kept the bathroom locked I had to get it opened. And my check out was for 10am but the keys to the room were cut off at 7am. Locking is out of the room.

Negative: Lighting---patio light did not work, remote for living room ceiling did not work, lock for patio from living did not work, confusing to have to use two different remotes for living TV. ALL OF these minor inconveniences. The number of emails from Vacasa and booking.com, the number of different forms to sign and confusion about HOA cost and many attachments did not work- -too many emails is not good communication. The email process is poor.
