Positive: We had an incredible stay at the Post Hotel and Spa. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we received a very warm welcome on our arrival. Our room was wonderful, with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The bathroom was very clean and had everything we required for a comfortable stay - including l’occitane toiletries. We especially liked the tea and coffee served in the lobby of the hotel in the afternoon. We enjoyed the swimming pool, steam room and whirlpool. Beautiful setting. The inclusive shuttle bus to Lake Louise was excellent. We enjoyed our dinners at the Outpost restaurant. Surpassed our high expectations. Would highly recommend!

Positive: Loved it so much we stayed an additional night. The staff couldn't do more and I loved the library after a day's walking!

Positive: It’s a high end hotel and I would say everything is high end.

Negative: Wish there was a fridge in the room so you can keep sandwiches/lunches in the room. We were doing 6am starts on our backcountry trips so nothing is open at that hour. We were getting food the day before and keeping it outside overnight since it was fairly cool overnight

Positive: The hotel was cozy with a wonderful restaurant. Shuttle service to Lake Louise and ski resort was exceptional. Pool and hot tubs were clean and quiet. My husband enjoyed a therapeutic and relaxing massage at the spa which he rated highly.

Negative: Only one very small issue in that the jets were not working in our room’s bathtub.
