Positive: Rooms are VERY spacious with amazing views if you opted for sea view. Additionally, view point 4 is literally at the restaurant hotel which is a bonus. Room is clean and staff are friendly.
Negative: 1- Up the mountain can only be reached by hotel car. Hotel provides hourly shuttle cars to town but only until 9pm. After 9pm you have to pay 300 THB per room per way and 500 after 2am. I think this is a money grabbing technique because drivers are available 24h and since the hotel can only be reached by car it is only fair the shuttle service should be free of charge at least until midnight as most tourist are still out after 9pm for dinner and fire shows. If you add up the extra costs for the shuttle service to and back from town after 9pm, you might as well put it towards one of the more expensive hotels in town. 2- shower drain was blocked, I reported it on the first day and supposedly someone came whilst we were out to unblock it but it was still blocked so I just didn’t bother to report it again.
Summary: Nice big and clean rooms, great views. In the mountain IMPOSSIBLE to reach without hotel cars.

Negative: - It’s really far from all activities and town. Even if you have shuttle bus every 1 hour, you have to pay 300 baths after 9pm - the breakfast. After 9am, no food, just 1 egg was here. Poor value for money…

Negative: Too far from the beach and walking around is a problem due to everything being up hill walk and downhill. WiFi was an issue too. Also very far from the town itself, but if you want peace and quiet, it’s the best place to stay.
