Positive: Clean, modern, well provisioned and great location.
Negative: Had an aircon problem for the first day but it was resolved as quickly as could reasonably be expected. A sheet of instructions for guests would also be helpful.
Summary: An enjoyable stay that with a few minor tweaks could have been a 10 out of 10!

Positive: Lovely views over to Gibraltar and Morocco. Plenty of space outdoor and the perfect sun trap. Stunning sunsets. Secure parking.
Negative: The drains in the en-suite were a bit smelly. We closed the door and used the other bathroom. The patio doors are not very secure.

Positive: Decent modern apartment with great terrace for enjoying the views. South facing to make the most of the winter sun. Nice Bbq and great outdoor dining area. Good Tv and comfortable beds. Underground parking was included although as it is a building site and quite derelict outside it’s just as easy to park on the road
Negative: Check-in and check out was a pain. Have to call ahead and arrange to meet an agent who shows you around and explains everything in great detail and then insists on hefty deposit. Same charade on checking out but we did get the full deposit back no problem. Fairly decent kitchen with washer and dishwasher, but there was no microwave and the A/C didn’t work so apartment. We had to buy pillows as they didn’t have any on the beds just tiny cushions.
