Summary: Large House Plus apartment that gave everyone a place to sleep comfortably and many large areas where everyone could hang out. The pool was fantastic. Host had great communication with us and was flexible in keeping the pool open with unseasonably warm weather.

Summary: Our stay was incredibly wonderful. Both of the homes were perfect and all we needed the pool with her common meeting place where we socialize, eat and swim the host. It was so wonderful easy check in early check-in and late check out to Lee the neighbor next-door cater their food for the first day. Everything was just amazing if another daughter gets married there will definitely rent this house.

Summary: Put on a bachelor party for my brotheŕ and our friends and this property was perfect. Everything was great. Communication with the host, the facilities themselves just everything was great. Pool was awesome. Enough sleeping arrangements for a small army. Couldnt be more satisfied. Thank you again

Summary: We booked this property for a long weekend and had so much fun. We pretty much stayed in the pool the whole time and there’s a good reason why. The pool is the best I’ve ever seen in a rental property it has a deep end and a diving board and a slide. Great place to stay not a lot of stuff to do nearby but the pool more then makes up for this.

Summary: This property was absolutely perfect for 4 families of our baseball team to stay at for a tourney at Grand Park. The kids LOVED the bunk room!!! 5 bedrooms so all the parents had their own bedroom plus 4 and a half baths - so each family had their own bathroom & half bath was located conveniently in the entryway for east access from the pool/patio. The layout & furnishings were both wonderful. Newly renovated farmhouse with the perfect set up for lounging & playing between games. Highly recommended - This will be are go to for Grand Park for many years to come.

Summary: We were in town for a family reunion ages ranging from 1-87 and had a tremendous stay. Great location! Very clean! Owners responded quickly although didn’t need them during stay, they responded quickly before arrival and provided all the details. Can’t wait to return!

Summary: This property was perfect for our family vacation! Five families with 11 adults and 4 kids: plenty of space and entertainment for all. Great location and amenities, nicely stocked with household supplies, very clean, spacious, and the pool and grill were clean and ready for use. I can’t say enough how perfect this place was and how it met our needs! Excellent communication from the owner! Located in a nice, quiet area but close to nearby attractions and shops. Beds were very comfortable and towels were plentiful! Ping pong table and basketball game in good shape and ready for use. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Property was as described and great for a large family gathering. Pool area, fire pit, deck areas were excellent for the great weather. Family rooms in multiple locations were great for morning and night time when not outside. Check marking this property for future stays!

Summary: Our whole family enjoyed their stay. The house, apartment and contents were in very good condition. We felt that one of the best features, for our purposes, was the location. It is located on a large acreage in a very quiet neighborhood that is an easy 5 minute drive from a Krogers, CVS (with a Minute Clinic), Walgreens and large ACE Hardware. Within a 10 minute drive there are numerous small stores, good restaurants and a number of national fast food locations. We had a few text contacts with the owners with minor questions, and they were always prompt and on point with their responses. We would definitely book this property again, and would certainly recommend it to family and friends.
