This ranch-style farmhouse is set on a quiet country road adjacent to Chatham Hills Country Club with a golf course directly across the street. It has 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and 2 XL twin beds) as well as a fully enclosed sunroom with a Pottery Barn memory foam sofa sleeper. There are 2 full bathrooms each with a shower and tub. There is a well-equipped roomy kitchen with a pantry and everything needed to cook or bake including a kitchen table for 6-8 people. There is also another seating area in the sunroom for eating or playing games. There is a study with a desk, a separate reading chair, and a bookcase with many books to enjoy. There are 3 flat screen TVs with complimentary DirecTV for local and basic satellite channels and a DVD player with a variety of movies. There is a small video arcade as well as a Wii gaming system with several games to play. A selection of both classic and contemporary board games and outdoor games including Corn Hole and Spike Ball are also available. The yard is large and includes 2 small water features, an outdoor eating area, a clothes line, many large trees and various birds that frequent the feeders. Baby equipment is available including a high chair and a Pak 'n' Play. Whether you are coming to town for sports , a wedding or other activities you will find "Serenity Now" to be a relaxing home away from home.

Summary: This place was one of the best stocked homes we’ve stayed in. It felt more like we we’re staying in a family members home rather than a vacation home. It was very comfortable for both adults and children. We will definitely keep this one in mind if we need to rent a home again in the area in the future!

Summary: This home was so cozy and clean! From the minute you drove up you feel welcome. The front porch is so inviting and we wish we would have had time to soend iust hanging out there. Michelle has thoight about everything to make sure her guests are comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there were games for everyone, as well as room to spread out if needed. The kitchen was well stocked and SO organized! We hope to stay here again for our next tournament in Indiana.

Summary: This was the most welcoming and nicest home that I've rented in 25 years! The host was very gracious. There was nothing "rental" about it, beautiful property and comfortable home. Will book this every year if it's available!

Summary: The attention to detail in this home and ensuring comfort is out of this world. Clean and greatly organized. Great location to Grand Park, helpful to drop my player and not spend unnecessary time at the fields. The host communication is comforting as well welcoming. Highly recommend.

Summary: I rented this house for 4 of us who were attending my son's wedding in Arcadia, IN. The location in Westfield was perfect in a quiet location. The hosts spare no expense in providing every essential you can think of. The house is spacious, plenty of room for people to spread out, and the board games/PacMan were an added hit! They are so thoughtful that if you were attending sporting events they have chairs, coolers, and blankets you can borrow to take with you. Unfortunately the air conditioning stopped working due to an issue out of their control. The hosts even had a company look at it on a Friday night after hours but the issue wasn't the unit so it could not be fixed. The hosts were very apologetic, wanted to do everything they could to help us, and were very attentive. Even with this issue that was out of their control, I would definitely stay here again. I appreciate everything they did for us and it did not ruin a wonderful wedding weekend. Do not hesitate to book this hidden gem!

Summary: One of our favorite homes yet! We were greeted with homemade chocolate chip cookies and great communication! We were in town for a softball tournament at Grand Park, just a few minutes away. The home is quiet, clean and the most well equipped VRBO we have visited. Our 12 year old son loved "his" game room! And our family enjoyed BBQing and fun yard games many evenings! We highly recommend this home when looking to stay around Westfield!

Summary: We were looking for a place close to Grand Park for a big softball tournament but not be a budget buster. This was perfect for our group. (4 adults, 2 teens) Well equipped farm themed home with everything you need for a short or long stay. Check- in could not be easier, all you need to do is show up and enjoy. A GREAT stay for us. Wish they had 6 star review!!

Summary: We visited Indy for the eclipse. Highly recommend this beautiful place!! The home was roomy, clean, well equipped and the beds were so comfortable! The host was thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. Great experience all around!
