Summary: This was a perfect spot for our group of three college students, two fifty year olds and 3 grandparents. We could walk to just about everything but did enjoy taking the metro a few times (very close to Anton Martin stop). Amazing neighborhood with lots of tapas options and close to Retiro park and all 3 museums. Well stocked kitchen. Exceeded our expectations! Javier was also the best- arranged taxis for departure, stored luggage on an early arrival and was helpful every step of the way.

Summary: The apartment on Moratin is in a prime location. Minutes to Retiro Park, Prado, et al. It is a little further to Sol, Mayor, etc, but it is all walkable from this great location. More importantly the immediate neighborhood is wonderful. A nice mix of tourist accessibility with a true neighborhood feel. Javier was great. Highly recommend it. We will return.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay, Javier was most helpful in familiarising me with his very extensive apartment. Thaw apartment was located in a very vibrant area where we found almost all we needed at our feet. The apartment was very spacious with the sleeping area on separate floor from living space Meaning it was very easy to have some quiet time The apartment was was well provided the only thing that I would fault it with was it was a bit over IKEA and a bit of personal taste would be good But really only nitpicking A great property in a buzzing area Thanks

Summary: Javier was very nice. He met us at the apartment to show us everything. The apartment was very clean and roomy. The area of town was easy to get to many different sites. We would stay there again! The only drawback would be that it is on the third floor and did not have an elevator.

Summary: First of all, host was amazing, so welcoming. Came with my girls to meet my daughter who was spending the month in Madrid to study, so logistics were important. So kind and helpful. And apartment was perfect, The terrace was my favorite spot in morning to have coffee,,,but also wine in evening....plenty of room, well laid out with 5 bedrooms and upstairs area with living, dining, kitchen and terrace was perfect gathering area for our family. Central to museums, restaurants, a fabulous location!

Summary: Stunning apartment. 3 double bedrooms and the 4th room has 2 double beds. Lovely air conditioning. The outside terrace has some shade which was very welcome in the heat. Location is very central to the city. The host was lovely and friendly and recommended bars and restaurants. On a quiet street not far from the metro stop. Plenty of bars in a few mins walk.
