Negative: Rooms need meaintainence. Wash room fittings are too old.

Negative: The worst part was no slippers provided in the room. Slippers are being charged They should be keeping at least 2 litres of water daily in room

Positive: Excellent Breakfast spread. Location is the best USP. Spacious room with Sea view. Service staffs were cautious and helpful. Fast check in and check out due to smart reception desk. Food was very tasty .

Negative: Drivers accommodation @Rs 800 per night is bit costlier compared to other hotels of same category. Direct Exit to sea was blocked by a shop. Alcohol was selling in the Resort Bar/On Shop/Off shop at a premium price over and above MRP.
